Welcome to Hope & Healing Connection - Amazing Grace Ministry
Amazing Grace is a ministry that comes under the umbrella of Hope & Healing Connection. Hope
& Healing Connection is dedicated to Christian women who have suffered lost and grief whether
its through miscarriage, stillbirths, infant-teenage death, and through abortion. It is also
dedicated to Christian women who are experiencing difficulty in the area of fertility - this ministry
is called Hope Ministry,
Hope & Healing Connection is a non-profitable Christian organization and all of its staff are
women who have much faith in the Father of compassion and the Father of all comfort; women
who have walked the path of grief and loss and are dedicated volunteers who want to make a
difference in the lives of other women with the same comfort they themselves have received
from the Lord.
"Praise be to God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the Father
of all comfort, who comforts us in our trouble, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with
the comfort we ourselves receive from God." 2 Corinthians 1:3-4
This is a very new ministry and the way this ministry runs is through a network of women who get
together once a month and shares their experience, feelings, their loss, support network and
their journey of life after abortion. No one is forced to share but are most welcome to listen, draw
much from the discussion or leave if they feel the need to. Most of all God will not be forgotten
and will be the VIP in the midst of the group and discussion.
That's right, our VIP in Jesus Christ. Hope & Healing Connection is non-denominational but is
Christian oriented as it is founded in the Father (God) , the Son (Jesus Christ) in the Holy Spirit.
We declare and believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and He came to earth that we may
have life and life in abundance and anyone who believes in Him and repent of their sins shall not
perish but have an everlasting life. He is alive today and wants to have a close relationship with
His children - You & Me. God wants to pick you up, redeem you, heal you, and bless you with a
future filled with hope . We believe in sharing God's love, His resources and the Gospel and being
used by God in the extension of His kingdom. Your friends & family may never understand you
but Jesus understands - He knows how hard it is not to quit and give up, He knows every tears
and every unspoken words. God has an awesome plan for your life - He does - His Words says
that He does and God never lies. You don't have to hurt alone.
We do not judge or condemn you but we embrace you with the unconditional love and grace of
Lord Jesus Christ who loved us first. You do not have to have a certain measure of faith, go to
church or be actively involved at a church but if you love the Lord Jesus Christ and want to be
healed and renewed - you have come to the right place.

Abortion is never an easy decision. We understand that your anguish is quiet real...and that this
experience frequently stands apart from most of your other life experiences as uniquely different.
We understand that once a woman makes the decision to terminate a pregnancy, she is quiet
sure that she is doing the best thing, given her current life circumstances. That same woman in a
different time and space might make a different decision.
Most women are so traumatized by the event, they suppress their emotions and memories. It is
important that you talk about your experience in a safe environment such as a support group.
Were you can diffuse the experience's volatility. Recovering women often say that their found
strength in sharing their secret.
Before you can find true healing you have to embrace the fact "I took a life. It is a sin."
Feeling forgiven is hard, especially if you think your relationship with God is beyond repair. The
most essential task is to accept emotionally what you already know intellectually "God forgives".
Lean heavily on Scripture promising unwavering forgiveness from God such as Romans 8:1.
1John 1:9 and Psalms 130:3-4 "...with Him there is forgiveness of sins."
Its normal to be angry with yourself and others such as your partner or parents who encouraged
you to have an abortion or even with the doctor who performed the procedure.
To help you to forgive, you need to identify your anger. You can do this by writing a letter to these
individuals telling them exactly how you feel (but don't send it or give it to them). This is to help
you to recognize and express your emotions and will assist you to release your anger and to
forgive.
It is important that you grieve your loss. Your grieving process will be complicated by lack of
visual memories, to help you mourn recreate your aborted child by naming the child and
visualizing him/her features and personality.
We encourage you to read the Bible, books and do Bible studies that will help you with the healing
process. Its important that you go through the healing process completely so that you don't have
to go through it again. And we encourage you to get involved in helping other women like yourself
to heal post-abortion...there are always shortage in this area.
Abortion is never an easy decision. Faithful Christian women choose to have abortions. Yet
through all of our struggles, nothing - absolutely nothing - can separate us from the Love of God.
